SO-DIMM sockets are made of hi-temp resistant LCP and SMT soldering technology.

Insertion & extraction of the module can be made without any tools. Positive polarization prevents wrong insertion of the module. Contacts are designed with an anti-overstress feature.

For DRAM 3.3V and 5.0V types 144-pin, 200-pin for 1.8V and 2.5V, as well as 204-pin for 1.5V DDR modules. A "piggyback" version is also available for DRAM modules.
